NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. YOU HAVE NOT WON.

Goated.us is an online platform where you can play games for entertainment. We also give away free sweepstakes entries called Sweeps Coins ("SC"), which can be played for the chance to win more Sweeps Coins, redeemable for real prizes. Sweeps Coins can never be purchased.

Read these Rules together with the Goated.us Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs"). Terms defined in the T&Cs have the same meaning here.

THESE RULES INCORPORATE PROVISIONS OF THE T&Cs, INCLUDING A WAIVER OF ANY CLASS, GROUP OR REPRESENTATIVE CLAIM AND A REQUIREMENT THAT PAST, PENDING AND FUTURE DISPUTES BE RESOLVED THROUGH INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION UNLESS YOU OPT OUT WITHIN THE SPECIFIED TIME FRAME.

1.1. The sole sponsor and promoter of the Sweepstakes is Goated Ventures Inc., a Nevada corporation ("Goated.us" or "we"), 197 E California Ave #300, Las Vegas, NV 89104, USA.
1.2. Apple Inc., Google and Meta are not sponsors of, affiliated with, involved in, or responsible for this Sweepstakes in any way.

2. Eligibility

2.1. To participate you must be a legal resident of the United States, excluding outlying territories, and be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, whichever is greater, at the time of entry (a "Participant"). If there is a dispute over who registered an account, the authorized holder of the registered email address is deemed the Participant.
2.2. Residents of the following states are not eligible to participate: Arizona, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Vermont, Washington and West Virginia. We may exclude any other state or jurisdiction at our sole discretion at any time. The remaining US jurisdictions are the "Permitted Territories".
2.3. PARTICIPATION IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. You are solely responsible for determining whether participation is lawful where you live.
2.4. Employees of Goated.us and of our affiliates, subsidiaries, holding companies and advertising agencies, and anyone else involved in designing, producing, running or distributing the Sweepstakes, are not eligible. Nor are their immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children, by birth, marriage or adoption) or household members (anyone sharing their residence for at least three months of the year).

3. Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins

3.1. Sweeps Coins have no cash value on their own and can only be used to request a prize redemption from us, subject to the minimum redemption amount in Section 9.

4. Entry period

4.1. The Sweepstakes runs from the first day of the current month at 12:00:00 a.m. ET until the last day of that month at 11:59:59 p.m. ET, or until we give 30 days' notice of termination, whichever comes first.
4.2. Our server clock is the official timekeeping device.

5. How to get Sweeps Coins

5.1. You need an active Customer Account, which is free to create at www.goated.us. To play with Sweeps Coins you must provide your full name, residential address, date of birth and mobile number, and may be subject to extended verification. Once signed in, you can collect Sweeps Coins by any of the methods in Sections 5.2 to 5.6.
5.2. Specially marked Gold Coin packages include a free Sweeps Coins bonus, shown with the package before you buy. Gold Coin purchases are final and non-refundable.
5.3. We regularly run free Sweeps Coins giveaways on our social channels and award Sweeps Coins through promotions such as the Daily Race, Weekly Race and the VIP Program. Each giveaway or promotion states its own amount and entry steps; promotion-specific terms prevail over these Rules if they conflict.
5.4. You can claim a free Daily Bonus of Sweeps Coins once a day from the wallet section of your account.
5.5. You receive a Sign-up bonus of Sweeps Coins when you finish creating your account.
5.6. You can request Sweeps Coins by mail, as set out in Section 6.
5.7. We may change the amount of Sweeps Coins allocated under any method at any time.
5.8. Sweeps Coins expire 60 days after you last played with Sweeps Coins on your account. They may also be forfeited if your account is closed for any reason, or at our discretion.

6. Mail-in entry (AMOE)

6.1. Use a standard postcard or piece of white paper (a "Request Card") that is 4" x 6", unfolded, blank and unlined, sealed inside a stamped #10 envelope addressed by hand to:

6.2. On the envelope, handwrite your return address and the words "Sweepstakes Entries".
6.3. On one side of the Request Card only, handwrite:

(a) your full name as shown on your government-issued ID;
(b) the email address and residential address registered to your Goated.us account;
(c) your on-site username;
(d) the unique 12-digit code and the statement generated on our AMOE page; and
(e) immediately beneath the statement, the authorized account holder's signature and the date of signature in MM/DD/YYYY format.
6.4. Each valid Request Card earns 1.00 Sweeps Coins, credited to your Customer Account.
6.5. A request is void if:

(a) it is not made by you, or is not posted from the same state as your verified residential address;
(b) the envelope contains more than one Request Card, or is sent as a package or parcel;
(c) the handwriting is illegible, as determined at our sole discretion;
(d) the envelope is damaged or faulty; or
(e) we cannot resolve, to our satisfaction, who submitted it or whether it meets these requirements.
6.6. We are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected requests or allocations.

7. Playing with Sweeps Coins

7.1. Only games played with Sweeps Coins offer the chance to win prizes. The Sweeps Coins required to play each game, the prizes available and the current win rates and odds are shown in that game's information panel.
7.2. We may change win rates and odds at any time, so check the information panel before each play.
7.3. Each Sweeps Coin won through game play (rather than collected under Section 5) can be redeemed for a prize worth USD 1.00. Unless we specify otherwise, Sweeps Coins allocated to you must be played at least once before they become eligible for redemption.
7.4. Automated or systematic methods of participating, collecting Sweeps Coins, playing or redeeming are prohibited and will result in disqualification, which may include account closure and forfeiture of Sweeps Coins.

8. Winner verification

8.1. POTENTIAL WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY US, IN ANY MANNER WE CHOOSE, AND OUR DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING. YOU ARE NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE, EVEN IF THE SCREEN INDICATES OTHERWISE, UNLESS AND UNTIL YOUR ELIGIBILITY AND THE WINNING PLAY HAVE BEEN VERIFIED, YOU HAVE FULLY COMPLIED WITH THESE RULES, AND YOU HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE. WE DO NOT ACCEPT SCREENSHOTS OR OTHER PURPORTED EVIDENCE OF WINNING IN PLACE OF OUR VALIDATION PROCESS.
8.2. Before redeeming a prize you may be required to complete Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification, which may include a government-issued photo ID, biometric facial scan, proof of address and validation of your social security number. You may also be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and a liability and publicity release, except where prohibited.
8.3. You forfeit the prize if we cannot contact you, if you do not return required documents in time, if you have not complied with these Rules, or if the prize or notification is returned undeliverable. We may reseed a forfeited prize back into the Sweepstakes at our discretion.

9. Prizes and redemption

9.1. To redeem, you must be a legal resident of a Permitted Territory (Section 2) and your details must match those on your Customer Account.
9.2. Prizes are paid in USD to the financial account or online wallet you used to purchase Gold Coins or, if that is not technically possible, to an alternative bank account you nominate. Where available on the Platform, you may instead redeem in a supported cryptocurrency at the conversion rate applied when the redemption is processed. We may require a specific payment method at our discretion.
9.3. If you redeem USD 600 or more in a calendar year you must provide additional personal information before redeeming above that threshold. You are responsible for all taxes, fees and foreign exchange charges associated with a prize, including losses from exchange rate fluctuations.
9.4. Sweeps Coins are not transferable. We may substitute a prize of equal or greater value for reasons outside our reasonable control.
9.5. Winners are notified by in-platform message or email. For a winners list, email support@goated.us within 60 days after the end of the entry period.

10. Release and indemnity

10.1. By participating, you agree to be bound by the T&Cs, these Rules and our decisions, which are final and binding.
10.2. You release and hold harmless Goated Ventures Inc., its parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, prize suppliers and any other organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the Sweepstakes, together with their past and present officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives (the "Released Parties"), from all claims, expenses and liability, including negligence and damages of any kind to persons or property, invasion of privacy, defamation, slander, libel, violation of right of publicity, infringement of trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights, property damage, death or personal injury, arising out of or relating to your entry, your participation in the Sweepstakes, your acceptance, use or misuse of prizes, or the broadcast, exploitation or use of your entry.
10.3. You further agree to indemnify and defend the Released Parties against all claims, expenses and liabilities, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to your participation in the Sweepstakes or your acceptance, use or misuse of prizes.

11. Publicity

11.1. Except where prohibited, participating means you consent to our and our agents' use of your name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media worldwide, without further payment, notice or consideration.
11.2. By accepting a prize you grant us and our representatives an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sub-licensable right and license to use, distribute and publicly display your name, the contents of any posts, and information about the prize award, in any media and for any purpose including advertising and marketing, without additional approval or consideration. You represent and warrant that you have the right to grant this license.

12. Limitation of liability

12.1. To the extent permitted by law, the Released Parties are not responsible for:

(a) incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by a Participant, printing error, or any equipment or programming used in the Sweepstakes;
(b) technical failures of any kind, including malfunctions, interruptions or disconnections in phone lines, network hardware or software;
(c) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes;
(d) technical or human error in administering or operating the Sweepstakes; or
(e) any injury or damage to persons or property caused directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, by your participation in the Sweepstakes or your receipt, use or misuse of any prize.
12.2. If your Sweeps Coins or a winning play is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, destroyed or corrupted, your sole remedy is our replacement of an equivalent amount of Sweeps Coins.
12.3. You waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any damages other than your actual out-of-pocket expenses, including attorneys' fees, and waive any right to have damages multiplied or increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

13. General

13.1. We may cancel, suspend or modify the Sweepstakes or these Rules, in whole or in part, at any time, and with immediate effect where fraud, technical failure or any other factor beyond our reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as we determine at our sole discretion. Notice will be posted at www.goated.us.
13.2. Your continued participation after a modification constitutes acceptance of it. Where an amendment limits your existing rights or is otherwise to your detriment, we may notify you on your next visit to the Platform and require you to re-confirm your acceptance before further Promotional Play. If you do not agree, you may not take part in Promotional Play.
13.3. We may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, violates these Rules or any other promotion, or behaves in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. This includes abusive comments about us or other Participants on social media or elsewhere. Such comments will be removed, we may report them to the relevant platform, and the account may be frozen pending investigation.
13.4. Any deliberate attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may violate criminal and civil law, and we reserve the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted. Our failure to enforce any term is not a waiver of it.

14. Disputes and governing law

14.1. All disputes are subject to the dispute resolution provisions in our Terms and Conditions.
14.2. These Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

15. Privacy and questions

15.1. Personal information collected through your participation is used by us and our designees to administer and fulfil the Sweepstakes, and as otherwise described in these Rules and our Privacy Policy.
